With effect from 6th April 2014 the following weekly rates will apply:
- Week’s pay (for calculating redundancy, etc) = £464 (previously £450)
- Statutory Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay = £138.18 (previously £136.78)
- Statutory Sick Pay = £87.55 (previously 86.70)
In addition the maximum compensation award has been increased from £74,200 to £76,574 (which is still subject to the one year’s pay cap)
