I have worked with Rebecca on 2 occasions: firstly with a client, where Rebecca was an Interim HR Manager and secondly as a provider of HR Consultancy.
Through a very difficult period of setting up new HR policies, undergoing a significant culture change programme, restructuring and a sensitive redundancy programme, Rebecca led the HR department. She provided expert advice and direction that was used to underpin the personnel strategy. Rebecca was extremely influential in maintaining good staff relationships, many of which could have easily been broken. I could rely on her implicitly to deal with very sensitive issues and also to provide me with accurate and timely advice on all HR matters. She proved to be an extremely knowledgeable expert in her field.
I have also employed Rebecca’s services as an HR Consultant to provide a number of up-to-date HR policies for a client that had grown rapidly over the past few years but had no documentation. At short-notice, Rebecca was able to turn around and provide a complete and comprehensive set of policies that underpin the business’ personnel strategy. Moreover, it ensures that the company stays within the UK legal framework. Rebecca is a very capable HR consultant, who delivers on time and to very high standards. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and also a very good hands-on HR Manager. I highly recommend her to anyone requiring an HR Consultant, and I will certainly use her services again in the future.
