Rebecca was employed in my business from 2006-2011 as an HR Consultant and during this time confidently and independently delivered a comprehensive HR service to our clients who ranged from SME to blue chip organisations. Rebecca was an extremely effective and valued member of the team. She had a natural and open communication style with clients, was able to build their trust and developed positive, easy working relationships which always delivered repeat business. The scope of her work ranged from ad hoc advice in the usual span of people related disciplinary, welfare, performance management issues to operating as an interim member of the organisation’s management team as HR Director carrying out a full organisational audit, creation of an appropriate strategy and implementation of such, particularly in the areas of restructuring and redundancy management. She has developed HR policies and procedures, designed and delivered training workshops, recruited to senior executive level and provided outplacement support. She is an excellent example of an “all-round HR generalist” and I am happy to recommend her work to others.
