The annual increases to statutory rates of pay will go up again this April and the new rates are as follows:
- National Living Wage for 21+year olds = £12.71 / hour
- 18-20 year olds = £10.85 / hour
- 16-17 year olds and apprentices (1st yr) = £8.00 / hour
- SMP, SPP, ShPP, SAP = £194.32 / week
- SSP = £123.35 / week
- Cap for weekly pay (redundancy) = £751 / week (TBC)
